Here is my new experiment for holding ribs instead of a giant mold. It uses angle brackets and rare earth magnets. It is working super well.
It was a Big day for the Colichon yesterday. Bent and joined all the ribs, made and glued the soundpost plate, bent the break in the back and glued the back on the ribs. I decided to make a neck block instead of the French through neck design. It will give me some time to carve the head.
